Working within our staffing capacity we are doing our best to ensure that you have access to additional appointments outside of our core hours. As a result you may be offered an evening or weekend appointment. If this is something you would prefer, please ask about availability when booking an appointment.

If you have an urgent medical problem when the surgery is closed please phone NHS111 by simply dialling "111". This number is free to call from both landlines and mobile phones.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Go to a Primary Care Centre
